One of the biggest Call Center Company in Cebu urgently needs Technical Support Representative for Microsoft Account. They also need Customer Service Representative for different accounts.
Qualification:
For Technical Support Representative
Must be proficient with Windows operating system.
Must be fluent in both written and conversational English.
Must have at least finished two (2) years of college education.
Willing to work in Cebu.
Job Description:
You will be supporting Microsoft Windows/Office customers worldwide through chat or voice, depending on where you will be profiled. You will be provided with the best training to prepare yourself to be a certified Microsoft Windows/Office Technician.
For Customer Service Representative
We do have several accounts for you. We do have accounts for Nurses, Bankers, etc. Just submit your resume and prepare yourself for a phone interview with our HR. Depending on the result, they will be deciding where you will be profiled.
